The service
TheraNote Voice converts a therapist's own post-session voice recap into a draft clinical progress note. It is a documentation aid, not a medical device, and it does not provide clinical advice.
Who may use it
The service is intended for licensed mental-health professionals. By using it you confirm you are authorised to keep clinical records in your jurisdiction.
Clinical responsibility
Every generated note is a draft. You must review, correct and approve it before filing. You remain solely responsible for the content of your clinical records.
Acceptable use
Never dictate or enter full patient legal names or other direct identifiers. The service is for the therapist's own recap — never for recording a patient or a session.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive a 14-day unlimited free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical, legal or administrative decisions made on the basis of generated notes.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
