What we store
Only your account details: email address, display name, and your preferences (default modality, note format, interface and note languages, theme). Nothing else is written to any database.
What we never store
Your audio is sent once, over an encrypted connection, to be transcribed — and is never saved. The transcript and the generated note exist only in your browser tab and disappear when you close it. The client code you type is a screen label and is never saved.
How processing works
Transcription and note generation are performed by AI services acting on our instructions. Your content is used only to produce your note, in that single request. We do not keep request content, and we do not sell or share any data.
Your responsibilities
Use initials or codes, never full legal names. You remain the data controller for your patients' information and must follow the rules of your professional body and local law.
GDPR
Because no patient-related content is stored, the stored data is limited to your own account. You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
